Al
Oglesby, CCIM, CPM®, CEA - Al Oglesby began his real
estate career in 1978. He is a Certified Commercial Investment
Member, a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Exchange
Advisor. In 1985, he served as the on-site Owners Representative
responsible for overseeing the construction of a 1.2 million
square foot multi-use high-rise development, the Galleria
in Metairie Louisiana. Later, he assumed responsibilities
for property management, leasing and ultimately became the
General Manager for the development. Prior to leaving the
Galleria in 1995, he realized that clients generally had to
deal with two, three or more individuals when their commercial
real estate needs varied in scope. In an effort to fill that
niche, The ALCOR Group
was formed in May of 1995. He is an experienced construction
and property manager, a real estate broker with a focus on
office and retail leasing, sales and development. In addition,
he is proficient in numerous computer disciplines, including
ACAD. He has also received the Commercial Investment Division
Achievement Award for the past seven (7) years as a top commercial
real estate producer relative to completed transactions, (totaling
a minimum of 2.5 million dollars in transactions annually)

- Tina Oglesby, a principal in the firm, heads up our office
and administration sector as well as over seeing the Executive

- As a licensed Louisiana Real Estate agent, Travis will focus
on Commercial Leasing and Sales as well as Property Management

- While assisting in ALCOR

the past several years, Dennis formally associated with ALCOR
in July 2004. Dennis is responsible for on-site surveys and
